We are on the white list of VAT taxpayers and remind all our contractors of this obligation. As of 1 September 2019, the amendment of the Goods and Services Tax Act Article 96b concerning the so-called white list of VAT taxpayers came into force. Entrepreneurs can use it to find information about their contractors, including registration, deregistration and VAT taxpayer status, as well as their bank account numbers. The Ministry of Finance has created a tool for customers to check their contractors themselves.
